Lay Seng Khoo

Lay Seng Khoo currently serves as the Asia lead for Global Investment Strategy at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, focusing on infrastructure, private equity, equities, and technology investments since January 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Director at Rippledot Capital, where strategic and financial advice was offered to corporates and investors in the Asia Pacific region, as well as serving as a VC Investor at EV Growth, concentrating on technology investments in Southeast Asia. Lay Seng Khoo also held the position of Director, Investments at Khazanah Nasional, managing investments in Indonesia and globally in the infrastructure sector. Additional roles include Director in M&A Advisory at Barclays Capital, Vice President at Macquarie Bank, and Assistant Director at Rothschild, along with experience as an Associate at ING. Educational qualifications include a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London and secondary education at Methodist College.
