Jeffrey Smith

Jeffrey Smith serves as Senior Director at Ontra since February 2021, previously holding the position of Director of Sales. Before Ontra, Jeffrey worked at Kirkland & Ellis as an Associate, focusing on Investment Funds and Private Equity from February 2019 to February 2021. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2016 to January 2019, specializing in Private Funds, Capital Markets, and Derivatives, and a Summer Law Clerk position at the same firm. Jeffrey’s early career also includes Summer Law Clerk experiences at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP and student research roles in synthetic organic chemistry at Albion College and the University of Granada. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Albion College.
