Katherine Stolerman

Katherine (Kat) Stolerman is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Product Counsel at Ontra since September 2024. Previously, Stolerman worked at Wisetack from November 2022 to September 2024 as Lead Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel, providing strategic legal advice on financial services regulations and product compliance while drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Prior to Wisetack, Stolerman was Associate Legal Counsel at Flywire from June 2017 to November 2022, focusing on consumer finance regulatory issues, data protection regulations, and managing a paralegal. Early legal experience includes a law clerk position at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and an internship at the Middlesex County Juvenile Court Clinic. Stolerman holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating Summa Cum Laude, along with current studies in UK Company Law and European Union Law at the University of Oxford.
