Alexa Hamer

Alexa Hamer is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and total rewards. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Total Rewards at OnTrac, Alexa has previously held significant positions such as Director of Talent Management and Senior Manager of Talent Experience. Prior roles include HR Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Analyst at Frontpoint, as well as an Associate in HR/RPO & Administrative Staffing at HireStrategy. Early career experiences include serving as a Volunteer Coordinator and Teacher's Assistant at Horton's Kids, Inc., and a Resident Assistant at the University of South Florida. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of South Florida, completed between 2009 and 2013.
