With extensive experience across diverse industries, Poohan has held significant roles, including CFO and Head of People in a SaaS startup focused on vehicle inspection compliance, Independent Director for ChildFund New Zealand, and Chairman of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee at Onwardly. Previous positions also include Chief Executive Officer of Asuwere, Chief Operating Officer at Flux Federation, and Group Financial Controller at Pushpay. Poohan has a strong background in financial management and audit from roles at BDO in New Zealand and Bermuda Press, complemented by education credentials as a Fellow of ACCA and a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
