Namrata Sabharwal

Namrata Sabharwal is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer at Ooma, Inc. since March 2015, where Namrata has also held the positions of Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Director of SEC Reporting, SOX & Technical Accounting. Prior to Ooma, Namrata held key roles at Gigamon as Assistant Controller and Senior Director of Finance, where involvement in the company's IPO filing was significant, and at Magma Design Automation as Assistant Controller, overseeing corporate accounting and SEC filings.
