Brahim Ben Mustapha is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in Radio Access Networks (RAN) and network architecture. Prior experience at Tunisiana (QTEL Group) involved managing key projects such as 3G implementation and leading radio planning teams. Educational qualifications include a Master Degree in Communication Systems and a Telecom Engineering degree from the High School of Engineering of Tunis.
