Jerome Jordan

Jerome Jordan has significant experience in the aged care sector, currently serving as the Regional General Manager for Opal Healthcare since April 2017. Prior roles include Executive Director of Operations at JAPARA HEALTHCARE LIMITED from June 2010 to February 2017, where leadership contributed to the care of approximately 3,800 residents across multiple residential settings. Jerome also served as Executive General Manager at Aged Care Services Australia Group from August 2006 to June 2010, focusing on the viability and sustainability of the aged care portfolio. Earlier experience includes the role of Executive Director of Nursing at Glenvoir Holdings from May 2000 to May 2006, overseeing care services for three homes. Jerome holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Monash University, completed in 2007.
