Sharmila Shahani-Mulligan

Sharmila Shahani-Mulligan is a strategic advisor, investor, and board member with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a strategic advisor to high-growth tech companies and holding multiple board positions, including with ConocoPhillips and Northwestern University, Sharmila also engages in data science initiatives as a founding member at select universities. Past leadership roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Alteryx and CEO and founder of ClearStory Data, which was acquired by Alteryx. Sharmila's notable earlier positions include Executive Vice President at Opsware and Aster Data Systems, as well as Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce at AOL. Sharmila holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and dual degrees in Computer Science & Astrophysics and Economics from Northwestern University.
