Guillermo Esparza

Guillermo Esparza is a designer at Open Collective. Guillermo was previously with Tafka co-op from January 2018 to March 2021, where they served as executive account director and head of strategy. Prior to that, they were founder of Knoto from October 2017 to March 2018, and co-founder/CDO of Rendería from November 2015 to November 2016.

Guillermo Esparza has a background in industrial and product design from the Universidad de Guadalajara. Guillermo later went on to receive their Laurea Magistrale from the Politecnico di Milano in Design del Prodotto per l'Innovazione. Most recently, they completed a certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Negotiation Skills: The MIT Mutual Gains Approach.
