Information Technology Team

The Information Technology (IT) Team at Open Door Group is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and continuous improvement of the organization's technological infrastructure. Under the leadership of the Director of Information Technology & Security, the team—which includes an IT Administrator and an IT Analyst—manages and supports all internal IT systems, safeguards data integrity, and provides technical assistance to staff members. Their efforts enable the organization to efficiently deliver its programs and services, supporting thousands of individuals in their journey towards sustainable and meaningful employment.
