Eugenio de Luca

Eugenio De Luca is a seasoned professional in architecture and project management, currently serving as a Field Manager at Open Fiber since October 2019. As a libero professionista since 2010, Eugenio has engaged in a variety of design activities, including topographical surveys, 3D modeling, municipal practice management, land registry, metric computation, energy certification, and interior and exterior rendering. Prior experience includes a role as an Architect and Fiber Optic Network Designer at New Changer S.r.l. from 2018 to October 2019 and as an Architect providing support to the R.U at Comune di Guidonia from 2015 to 2016. Eugenio holds a Laurea Magistrale LM in Architettura e dell'Ingegneria edile (restauro) from Sapienza Università di Roma.
