Carl Mannion

Carl Mannion is an experienced professional in the insurance and project management sectors, currently serving as Head of Professional Services and Head of Project Management at Open GI since April 2018. Prior to this, Carl held various senior roles at Markerstudy Insurance from June 2008 to April 2018, including Head of Service Delivery and Operations Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing retail procedures, overseeing P&L for the Midlands Retail Division, and enhancing customer satisfaction as the Customer Charter Champion. Carl's earlier experience includes managing an insurance broker at Thames City Insurance and implementing software solutions, showcasing a strong background in operational management and software service excellence. Carl holds a Cert CII and completed education at Archbishop Ilsley from 1980 to 1985.
