Sandra van de Mortel

Sandra van de Mortel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in bid management and tender processes. Currently holding the position of Manager Bid Desk at Open Line B.V. since 2016, Sandra leads and coaches a team responsible for delivering high-quality bids for European Tenders, focusing on IT solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Bid Manager at Open Line, Manager Tenderdesk & Wmo at Kersten Hulpmiddelenspecialist BV, and roles as a Policy Advisor at Rabobank and Philips. Sandra has a strong educational background with a Master’s in International Business from Maastricht University and a Master’s in Education, Business Economics from Leiden University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
