Christy Dye

Christy Dye, MPH, serves as a Senior Associate at OPEN MINDS Circle since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in healthcare consulting and leadership. Previously, Christy held the position of Principal at Integrated Health Solutions Consulting, providing executive consulting services to states, payers, health plans, and providers from January 2011 to April 2023. Christy also served as Chief Business Development Officer at Health Current from February 2020 to September 2022 and was the CEO of Partners in Recovery (now Copa Health) from September 2009 to December 2019. Earlier career roles include Division Chief for Clinical & Recovery Services and State Director of Substance Abuse Services at the Arizona Department of Health, as well as Program Representative for the Division of Behavioral Health. Christy holds a Master of Public Health in Public Health Administration from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
