Courtney Rae

Courtney Rae is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational growth and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Growth at Open Signal: Portland Community Media Center since March 2023, Courtney has previously held various leadership roles at Bark from March 2015 to April 2023, including Coordinating Director and Interim Executive Director of Programs. Prior experience includes leading grassroots membership development at Columbia Riverkeeper, where over $45,000 was raised personally, and managing canvassers at Fund for the Public Interest and Environment Oregon. Additional roles include Environmental, Health, and Safety Trainer at AK Environmental, LLC, and Associate Accounting Manager at WARES DIRECT, INC. Courtney Rae holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion from Ithaca College (2002-2006).
