Fedo Hagge-Kubat

Fedo Hagge-Kubat is an experienced advocacy officer currently serving at Open Society Foundations since October 2019, where responsibilities also include heading the Project on Institutional Relations and Strategic Communications. Prior to this role, Fedo was a Special Advisor to Minister of State Michelle Müntefering at Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) in Germany from April 2018 to October 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for Member of Parliament Michalle Müntefering and as a Political Advisor for Member of Parliament Siegmund Ehrmann at Deutscher Bundestag, from April 2014 to April 2018. Earlier professional experience includes a position as an intern at Goethe Institut Australien in early 2013. Academically, Fedo holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from Freie Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Administration from the University of Konstanz, with additional studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv University.
