Shilpi Padhy is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. As the Founder of Global Trusted Talent and ExponentUp, and a Co-Founder of Leaders Club, Shilpi has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Manager at SimpleHealth and Engineering Manager positions at Transcarent, Castlight Health, and UnitedHealth Group, where Shilpi successfully led product releases and managed quality assurance tasks.
