Libby Wright

Libby Wright is a Senior Consultant in User Research at Opencast since February 2023. Previously, Libby served as the Principal Researcher and Insight Lead at HM Courts & Tribunals Service from July 2019 to February 2023, where Libby led a team to enhance the customer experience across various tribunal services and conducted research for tribunal reform projects. Prior to HMCTS, Libby held the position of Senior Customer Researcher at the Department for Education from July 2017 to July 2019, overseeing international research initiatives and evaluating new policy strategies. Libby also worked as a Research Officer at ComRes from October 2015 to July 2017, focusing on quantitative and qualitative research projects, and gained experience as a Project Assistant at Linpico SARL and as a Major Gifts Team Intern at Build Africa. Libby holds a Bachelor of Science in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bath.
