Shiv Dutt

Shiv Dutt currently serves as President of the US Marketplace at OPENLANE since July 2023. Previously, Shiv held the position of Customer Experience & Innovation Officer at Pampered Chef from October 2018 to July 2023, focusing on business transformation and diverse go-to-market strategies. Earlier roles include VP/GM of Services Transformation at Ulta Beauty, where Shiv managed a $280M P&L and developed strategic visions for services, and Vice President of Growth at Ride.com, leading field marketing and sales. Shiv's experience also includes significant positions at Sears, Whirlpool Corporation, and LKP Shares & Securities Ltd. Shiv holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, as well as an Mcomm & Bcomm in Finance from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics.
