Saloni Astha

Saloni Astha is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the APAC region at OpenSymmetry since March 2022, responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes, along with employee onboarding and training initiatives. Prior experience as a Human Resources Manager at Rubika involved successful payroll processing and staffing plans. Additionally, Saloni worked as an HR Manager at Vardaan Realty, where campus drives for fresh talent were conducted, and at Futureadey Worldwide Marketing LLP as an Assistant Manager HR, managing HR activities for over 1,500 employees. Saloni holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Business Management and Research Pune.
