Viktoriya Golik

Viktoriya Golik is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management, evidenced by roles at OpenTag as HR Manager, where responsibilities include designing HR policies, managing onboarding and exit interviews, and defining recruitment strategies. Prior to this, Viktoriya served as HR Generalist at 24Print, gaining comprehensive knowledge in various HR functions, consulting with department heads, and conducting employee satisfaction surveys. Viktoriya began their career at Visa Service Center, advancing from client manager to Head of Learning and Development over a decade, before departing due to organizational changes. Viktoriya has pursued extensive education in human resources, completing numerous programs at LABA and earning a Specialist degree in Foreign Languages from The National University of Ostroh Academy.
