Marcia Warriner Shell

Marcia Warriner Shell is an experienced professional and Army veteran currently serving as The Humble Warrior Yogi at Warriors at Ease since October 2018 and as an Eagle Leader with Team Red, White & Blue since January 2020, focusing on serving the military community and promoting mindfulness practices. Marcia has held leadership roles, including Board Member at Family Promise of Greater Concord from July 2021 to August 2023, contributing to initiatives that support homeless and low-income families. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director for Defense Programs at the National Nuclear Security Administration from March 2011 to September 2018 and working as a Program Analyst in the Office of the Secretary of Defense from July 2009 to March 2011, where Marcia provided expertise in project management and interagency collaboration. Additionally, Marcia served as a Senior Budget Analyst for the U.S. Coast Guard from April 2007 to July 2009, overseeing a complex budget process. Marcia Warriner Shell holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from California Southern University.
