Marcus Gaitta

Marcus Gaitta is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in talent engagement and management. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Engagement Manager at Village Enterprise since February 2023, Marcus previously held positions including Human Resources Manager at Heifer International and Human Resources Specialist at World Agroforestry. Early career roles included Assistant Manager of Human Resources & Training at Womens Enterprise Fund and Human Resources Officer at Shelter Afrique, among others. Academically, Marcus holds a Master of Sciences in Human Resources Management and Services from Edinburgh Business School, a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Human Resources Management (K), a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Business Studies from Kenyatta University, and a Diploma in Management Information Systems from the Kenya School of Monetary Studies.
