Giorgi Razmadze

Giorgi Razmadze serves as a Fractional CFO for VC-backed startups since February 2023 and is a member of the Operators Guild as well as a Founding Member of Guilds by FirstMark since 2019. Previously, Giorgi held the position of Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance at nTopology from June 2019 to September 2022, contributing to the company’s success in raising $150M. Prior to that, Giorgi was involved in Finance & Strategy at HyperScience, a company that raised $290M, and served as a Fractional CFO for VC-backed startups from January 2016 to May 2018. Additional experience includes the role of CFO at Gazelle Finance from 2014 to 2016 and serving as CFO for private equity portfolio companies from 2009 to 2011. Giorgi holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from ESM.
