Lin Ling

Lin Ling currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Modus, a position held since February 2024, and is also a member of the Operators Guild. Prior to this, Lin held various roles at HashiCorp from January 2018 to January 2024, including Vice President of Business Operations, where responsibilities encompassed planning, budgets, strategic initiatives, and analytics, as well as participating in the S-1 filing team for a successful IPO. Previous experience includes leadership roles at SourceClear, Spigit, and Deloitte, focusing on business operations, growth marketing, and ERP implementations for Fortune 500 clients. Lin Ling holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Computer Science and Mathematics from NYU Stern School of Business and graduated from Stuyvesant High School with a focus on Math and Science.
