Mark Githinji

Mark Githinji is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Coordinator at Roam since November 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at Techno Brain Group from August 2018 to November 2024, including IT Executive for BPO and Quality Coordinator for Zuku Customer Service. Mark started the career at The Youth Agenda as a Webmaster and IT Support from July 2017 to July 2018, and completed internships at the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government and the Office of the Vice President and Ministry of Home Affairs in 2015 and 2013, respectively. Mark's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) certification from KCA University, as well as a Diploma in Information Technology from the same institution. Mark completed secondary education at Githumu High School, earning the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.
