Erik Anderson

Erik Anderson has extensive experience in operations and product management, having held prominent positions such as Vice President of Operations and Founding Member at Round and Glue Club, respectively. At Microsoft, Erik served as Sr Director of Product and Research for Viva Insights, as well as Director for M365 Workplace Intelligence Customer Solutions and Principal Quality Engineer/Master Black Belt. Additionally, Erik contributed to IBM as Manager of Global Process Innovation and held multiple Lean Six Sigma roles within the company. Erik's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certificate from North Carolina State University.
