Josh Puno

Josh Puno, CSM, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at OpsWerks, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Josh spent over a decade at Creative Virtual from September 2012 to June 2024, progressing through various titles including Senior Delivery Manager, Delivery Manager, Build Manager, Senior Knowledgebase Developer, and Junior Knowledgebase Developer. Earlier experience includes a role as E-Sports Manager/Writer/Editor at Psychobuttons.com from June 2012 to July 2013, and as a Mobile Consultant at Wireless Advocates LLC from October 2011 to August 2012. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of Connecticut, completed in 2011.
