John also sold the first large ITaaS/BPaaS contract into a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan and opened the door for Optum to expand sales into other Blues plans for similar services. In addition, they launched an innovative machine learning provider network steerage application partnership for UnitedHealthcare that will reduce clinical spend by 2-5%.
John Reynolds has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Management and Administration in Marketing from Metro State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization and Management from Capella University. John also has certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in Commercial Pilot - Single & Multi Engine - Instrument and Flight Instructor - Instrument - Single & Multi Engine.
