Yasser A. Burgan

Mr. Yasser Burgan is an Assistant Vice President at the Consolidated Contractors Company in Athens, Greece, where he manages high-level coordination for oil and gas investments and on-hand oil and gas assets; pursues and evaluates investments in infrastructure projects with an emphasis on telecommunications and IT; and assists owners and senior management with special acquisitions and specialized investment assignments. Mr. Burgan holds a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from UC Berkley, and a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s degree in Business Administration from California State University – Chico. He is also the recipient of several awards, including the California Council of Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors Award, the American Society of Civil Engineers Award of Achievement.
