Jens Nygård

Jens Nygård is a seasoned professional in customer success and services management, currently serving as SVP of Global Expert Services at Optimizely since April 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing customer success functions and service delivery for a diverse product portfolio. Prior to this role, Jens held various leadership positions at EPiServer from August 2007 to April 2019, including Vice President of EMEA Services, where management of Managed Services, Support, and Professional Services was paramount. Jens has a strong track record of driving revenue growth and establishing key business units, such as the first American Technical Center of Excellence. Earlier experience includes IT Project Management at GlaxoSmithKline. Jens holds a Master of Science degree in Information System Science from Umeå University.
