Shmuel Kuflik

Shmuel Kuflik is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in cloud engineering and software development. Currently employed at Optimove since January 2023, Shmuel previously held roles at Synamedia, where responsibilities included leading the design of a serverless data pipeline on AWS and managing ETL processes for user credential sharing detection using Apache Spark. Prior to Synamedia, Shmuel worked at Cisco, focusing on detecting abnormal behavior in networked IoT devices and user systems, while also contributing to projects involving connected cars. Shmuel's career began at NDS, Inc., developing web servers and smart card technology for TV broadcasters, utilizing Java and C/C++. Shmuel holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Communications from Machon Lev, Jerusalem College of Technology.
