Daniel Kratz

Daniel Kratz is a seasoned professional in information systems management with extensive experience in cybersecurity and system administration. Currently serving as a Board Member for Puget Sound Beekeepers Association since November 2022, Daniel has also held the position of Manager of Information Systems at Optimum Energy since August 2009, where responsibilities include maintaining infrastructure and uptime in co-location data centers, Google Cloud Platform, and AWS. Prior experience includes serving as a Systems Administrator for the American Automobile Association of Washington from August 2001 to February 2009, supporting over 500 users across multiple offices. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Administrative Management from Central Washington University, along with relevant Microsoft certifications.
