Brian Symonds

Brian Symonds is an experienced leader in the healthcare IT and technology sectors, currently serving as President at Optimum Healthcare IT since July 2021, where responsibilities include strategic integration of TrustPoint's business lines with Optimum's core operations. Previously, Brian held the position of Infrastructure Architect and Partner at TrustPoint Solutions for over eleven years, guiding healthcare clients through significant technological transformations. Prior to that, Brian served as Vice-President of Global Services at DataPath, Inc., managing a substantial P&L and leading a large team, and held roles in product management and international business development at Intelsat and PanAmSat. Brian’s career began in the U.S. Army, where service as an Officer and UH-60 Aviator spanned from 1993 to 2000. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
