Juman Nidal

Juman Nidal currently serves as a Technical Project Manager at Optimum Partners in Jordan since November 2022. Previously, Juman worked at Crystel.co from February 2021 to October 2022, holding roles including Team Lead and Quality Assurance Analyst, as well as serving as a Contact Center Agent. Juman's early experience includes a traineeship at AppTrainers in August 2020. Juman earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Jordan, graduating in 2021.
