Adrian Fonseca

Adrian Fonseca is a skilled maintenance and property management professional with extensive experience in ensuring the upkeep and quality of residential and public spaces. Currently serving as a Maintenance Worker I with the County of Orange since December 2020, Adrian is responsible for park maintenance activities including weed abatement and tree pruning. Previously, as a Senior Certified Community Association Manager at Optimum Professional Property Management, Inc., Adrian managed seven residential properties, ensuring compliance with association standards and legal requirements. Earlier roles included Maintenance Worker I for the City of Orange, Customer Service Manager and Coach at Bank of America, and Warehouse Assistant Supervisor at Creatable Inflatables.
