Client Partner

Job description

We are looking for a Client Partner to support and expand business within our existing client base. The ideal candidate will have experience managing hyper-growth accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key clients, focusing on expanding business within newly acquired accounts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges to drive further engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

  • Develop account growth strategies to maximize revenue from current clients by identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

  • Partner with Microsoft teams to align strategies and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.

  • Actively participate in client reviews and strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment between Optimus Info’s services and client goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an account management or client partner role, preferably in professional services or technology.

  • Proven track record of managing and expanding key accounts.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize based on strategic importance.

  • Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure, is a strong asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud platforms.

  • Experience in Professional Services and knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle

  • Experience with expansion strategies
