Jamie Costello

Jamie Costello is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as Head of Product at Optimy.ai since December 2024, Jamie oversees the development of an AI-powered sales conversation platform tailored for various industries, including automotive and retail. Prior to this, Jamie acted as a Consulting Product Leader, collaborating on product strategy with notable firms such as Legend and Ratehub. Jamie’s tenure at Ratehub.ca as Director of Product involved setting the product vision for Canada's largest financial comparison platform and leading a team that significantly increased insurance revenue. Earlier roles include managing fraud prevention strategies at Tucows and delivering healthcare solutions as a Client Service Representative at Medigas. Jamie's career also includes diverse freelance work and foundational positions in customer service and sales. Jamie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from University College Dublin and completed additional training at General Assembly in 2018.
