The Leadership Team at Options Counseling and Family Services is responsible for strategic planning, organizational oversight, and ensuring the effective delivery of mental health and family support services. Comprising the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Information Officer, CEO, and Chief Operating Officer, the team collaborates to maintain the nonprofit's mission, enhance operational efficiency, and foster community impact across Lane County and Oregon.
