Ina Tucker Westby

Ina Tucker Westby serves as the Enterprise Information Security Chief of Staff at Optum since April 2023. Previously, Ina was the Enterprise Technology Risk Management and Governance Leader at Change Healthcare from October 2020 to April 2023. Ina also held the position of Vice President/Sr Director of Strategy Business Development at Dignity Health from 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities included strategic planning, partnership development, and operational oversight. Prior experience includes roles at OneBlood, including Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Senior Project Manager, and at Cardinal Health as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager. Ina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from La Sierra University and two Master's degrees in Diplomacy, with a focus on International eCommerce, from Norwich University.
