Kristina Bow

Kristina Bow, MBA, CMA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Senior Director of FP&A at Optum since December 2021, Kristina leads a remote team and manages the budget process for the Home and Community Care division. Prior to this role, Kristina held positions including Director of Finance at GenesisCare, where strategic financial support was provided for over 130 cancer care centers, and Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Change Healthcare, overseeing a large revenue-producing product suite. Kristina also has experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at Centene Corporation and Stanley Black & Decker, among other roles. Kristina holds an MBA with a focus on Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Franklin University, along with a Certified Management Accountant certification.
