Fengwei Ying

Fengwei Ying is a highly experienced technology professional, currently serving as a Principal Solutions Architect at Oracle since December 2024, leading strategic initiatives for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in the JAPAC region. Previously, Fengwei held the position of Chief Solutions Architect for the Cloud & Smart Industries Group at Tencent from December 2020 to December 2024, and worked at Alibaba Cloud SEA as a Solutions Architect from August 2018 to December 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Solutions Architect at Standard Chartered Bank from July 2017 to August 2018 and as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from April 2008 to July 2017, specializing in GTI Solutions Architecture. Fengwei Ying holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2016, and a degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2003.
