Shyanne Demarco

Shyanne DeMarco currently serves as a Business Development Consultant at Oracle since August 2024. Previously, Shyanne held the position of Service Manager at MML Hospitality from February 2023 to August 2024, where responsibilities included fostering a positive work environment through training, coaching, and performance feedback for front-of-house teams. Prior experience includes working as an Associate District Manager at ADP from 2022 to 2023. Shyanne earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from California State University, Chico, in December 2022.
