Colleen Rouse

Colleen Rouse is a pastor, author, speaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. She and her husband, Dennis, are the co-founders of Victory Church in Norcross, GA. Colleen and Dennis have facilitated leadership training hosted by John Maxwell’s non-profit organization EQUIP. A certified coach, Pastor Colleen is also the founder of “Thrive Today,” a leadership community that empowers professional women to maximize their potential at work, at home, and in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Pastor Colleen is the author of “Resilience: It’s Time to Get Up” and an in-depth study guide series for “Thrive Today.” She currently serves on the board of directors of Street Grace, a non-profit aiming to end domestic sex trafficking.
