Hareesh Agaram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and digital transformation across various leading technology companies. Currently serving as the Director – Service Management and CTIO India Lead at Orange Business since August 2024, Hareesh previously held significant roles at BT, including Digital Transformation Programmes Delivery Lead and Global Delivery Head for RPA and Config Hub from January 2016 to July 2024. Prior experience also includes positions as Associate Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Delivery Head at TechMahindra. Beginning a career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Business Relationship Manager, Hareesh complemented a strong professional background with an MBA in Strategy and Analytical Finance from the Indian School of Business.
