Paul Payne

Paul Payne serves as the Donor Relations Manager at Orange County Rescue Mission since February 2022, focusing on engaging current donors and introducing new ones to transformative programs aimed at assisting those experiencing homelessness. Previously, Paul held the position of Case Manager at the same organization, emphasizing the provision of comprehensive support for individuals and families in need. Early career experience includes working as a Technical Sales Representative at Knox-Norton Inc. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Broadcast from Moody Bible Institute and has also attended Saddleback College.
