Brett Howard

Brett Howard is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and IT management. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Orange County Superior Court since January 2014, Brett previously held key positions at The Word & Brown Companies, including Vice President of Health Insurance Exchange Architecture and Vice President of IT, overseeing technical architecture and the development of health insurance exchange applications. Earlier roles include Director of Software Development at Word & Brown and Vertical Communications, as well as Manager of Software Development at Siemens/ROLM/IBM. Brett's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Math/Computer Science from UCLA.
