Jesus Vargas

Jesus Vargas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transportation and infrastructure management. Currently serving as President at VSCE, INC. since 2004, Jesus provides expert services in construction management, program management, and public relations throughout California. Additionally, since 2016, Jesus has been the Consultant Quality Assurance Manager for highway projects at the Orange County Transportation Authority, overseeing the QA process and evaluating project teams. With a long history of leadership roles, including Principal at VSCE and membership on the California High-Speed Rail Authority's Business Advisory Council, Jesus has contributed significantly to advancing transportation policies. Jesus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
