Adela Caushi

Adela Caushi is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Orange since September 2024, Adela has held significant positions such as VP Digital IT and Cloud at Magenta Telekom, and Head of IT & Cloud at A1 Telekom Austria Group. Prior to these roles, Adela was the IT Director at Slovak Telekom and also contributed as an IT Development Senior Manager. Adela's career began at Telekom Albania, where Adela led the Enterprise Systems and Business Automation teams. Additionally, Adela has academic experience as a part-time lecturer at Tirana University, specializing in database design and analysis. Adela holds a degree in Computer Science from ACT - American College of Thessaloniki and an MBA from the University of Tirana.
